very sturdy thanks to the use of Cr Mo 4130 steel (more resistant than 6061 aluminium) on the upper and diagonal tubes and also Hi-ten oversized steel on the rest of the frame. The geometry is perfect to do whatever you like on the "street, park or moguls", backwheeling, skidding, jumps, moves, etc. It's a bomb to make your creativity explode.
RST Launch Fork 100 mm with oversized plungers and pivot
This fork is provided to withstand jumps, it is not just a shock absorber. In order to ensure its sturdiness, it is fitted with oversized 4130 Cr Mo steel pivot and plungers (32 mm diameter)...... The pre-tension (force exerted to drive down the fork) is adjustable thanks to a screw found on the fork T. This allows for the fork to be hard to drive down or more supple, in accordance with your steering style. The forks recovery (rebound) time is also adjustable thanks to the other screw also found on the 'T' ofthe fork. Itbrings you precision, comfort and smooths out steering errors.

We chose this 3-part pedal and gear mechanism in Cr Mo 4130 steel for its great resitance.
In order to obtain as high a ground clearance as possible, we equipped SUBSIN with a small sized crown (28-tooth) to limit the chances of the crown being buckled when landing after a "horse vault" over a mogul.
The back hub casket system also allows for a K7 8 speed to be assembled.

The "oversize" handlebars is shaped for perfect handling This is combined with an aluminium bracket and half flange handles (allowing for the assembly of a trigger gear system) + plastic tips. The comfortable saddle is strengthened at the sides to resist ground rubbing. The 350 mm saddle stem allows for the saddle to be raised high for ATB-type riding (practical for uphill climbs or long distances).
Wheels: hubs, aluminium front and back double walled 36 spoke wheel rims (32 mm) aluminium with machined sides, K-Rad 20 x 2.3 front tyre and KENDA NPJ 20 x 2.1 back tyre.
We have developped 36-spoke aluminium "double-walled" rims (sturdier than a single wall) with a 32 mm width (for very high resistance) combined with aluminium hubs compatible with disk breaks (6 fixer holes on 160 mm). For multi-purpose use on all types of terrain, we have assembled a large section crampon tyre at the front to "withstand jump landings" and a mixed tyre at the back to suit increases in speed on surfaces like asphalt, cement or others
Brakes: 2 finger aluminium lever, disk brake 160 mm Tektro at the front, Tektro aluminum V-brake stirrup with 24 or 26" adapter.
The front disk brake guarantees efficient braking in all weathers. The V-Brake back brake guarantees great progressivity and precision which is much appreciated in this type of persuit, especially at the skate park where disk brakes have trouble resisting the great impact sustained on the ramp edges...
